Hi my name’s Charlotte. I started at Enable (Sheffield) in 2019. Before I came to join Enable I have had a long career within the learning disability service. My job roles included; nursing assistant, support worker, activities co-ordinator and volunteer, both within the NHS and private companies. Although I have enjoyed my previous roles I absolutely love working at Enable, the learners are amazing and all have different characters and quirks so there is never a dull day.

There is plenty of variety of activities to do, that no two days are ever the same. The role is a very rewarding one and I enjoy seeing the learners develop new skills and participate in a wide range of activities provided at Enable.
