Hi everyone my name is Fay, I originally started at Enable as an apprentice in November 2014, having just left a job in retail.  I had been searching for a change of career when I came across the placement at Enable,   which gave me the opportunity to gain new skills at the same time.  When my apprenticeship was almost over I was offered a full time job.  I honestly couldn’t think of anywhere else where I would rather work so obviously I was over the moon.

Enable has provided so many opportunities for me and given me a clear understanding of people's differences.  I love working in the arts and crafts room as I see many faces throughout the week and get to build bonds with all of the different learners.

 I really couldn't think of a more enjoyable place to be!
